About Ashley
I am Ashley and I absolutely love teaching. From a young age I knew I wanted to be a teacher.
My favourite subjects when I was at school was social subjects and PE.
I understand how hard it can be when you don’t understand your learning and want to help children feel confident in their own abilities. I found school difficult at times, particularly maths but becoming a teacher forced me to learn how best to teach maths which ultimately helped me fully understand it.
I truly care for children and I am really passionate about teaching.

I am a calm, supportive primary teacher that is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. I am understanding and have experience working with children of all ages. I am able to provide tutoring to children from age 5-13. This is from Early Level to Third Level of the Scottish Curriculum.
I have experience working with children with additional support needs.
I look to provide fun, engaging lessons that help children fully grasp concepts. This will be done through active lessons, written tasks and games.
