About Kieran
I am a researcher at Oxford University focusing on metabolism in health and disease with a specific focus on metabolic conditions such as type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease.
I have over 5 years of mentoring and teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students undertaking degrees in medicine, biomedical sciences, sport and exercise science and human nutrition.

I have taught and tutored undergraduate and postgraduate students in areas of:
- exercise physiology
- metabolism in health and disease
- glucose and lipid metabolism
My teaching has covered students from various universities including Newcastle, Oxford and Harvard.
