About Camila

My name is Camila, also known as Teacher Cami, and from an early age, I discovered my passion for education. I graduated in Pedagogy, where I gained a solid foundation in educational theories and practices. However, my quest for improvement and my thirst for new challenges led me beyond that.

I invested in specializations such as neuropsychopedagogy, an area that fascinates me due to its intersection between neuroscience and pedagogy, and inclusive education, as I firmly believe in the importance of providing quality education for everyone while respecting their individualities.

My educational journey took a significant leap when I participated in an exchange program in the United States. During this time, I had the privilege of immersing myself in American culture and, more importantly, in the English language.

This experience was transformative in many ways. Besides improving my English, living in the United States allowed me to closely experience the American educational system, working in a daycare and learning from dedicated professionals.

This journey not only enriched my educational background but also reinforced my conviction that education is a powerful tool for transforming lives.

Warm-Up (5-10 minutes): A brief review of previous material or a quick conversation to get the student engaged.
New Content (15-20 minutes): Introduction to new vocabulary, grammar, or language structures, often through interactive exercises.
Practice Activities (20-25 minutes): Hands-on activities including dialogues, role-plays, or written exercises to reinforce the new content.
Application (10-15 minutes): Practical application of the lesson’s content in a real-world context or through a short project.
Review and Feedback (5-10 minutes): Recap of the lesson, addressing any questions, and providing constructive feedback to guide further improvement.
