About Mila
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in piano performance and have been teaching piano for the past 7 years. My passion for music and education drives me to provide lessons that are both technically thorough and creatively inspiring. I believe that playing the piano is not only about mastering technique but also about expressing emotion and telling a story through music. Throughout my teaching experience, I have worked with students ranging from beginners to advanced players, customizing lessons to fit each individual’s goals and learning style. I focus on developing strong foundations in music theory, sight-reading, and technique, while encouraging students to explore their own musical expression. Patience and encouragement are central to my teaching philosophy. I continuously update my teaching methods by incorporating new techniques and educational tools to keep lessons engaging and effective. Creating a supportive and positive learning environment is very important to me, where students feel comfortable taking risks and growing as musicians. Outside of teaching, I stay involved in the music community through performances and continuous learning, which enriches the insights I bring to my students. My ultimate goal is to inspire a lifelong love of piano and music, helping every student reach their full potential and enjoy their musical journey.
