About Amber
I have over 25 years experience of teaching piano and singing, giving effective virtual lessons so you don't have to leave home.
Whether you're an adult who missed out on lessons or quit too soon, you'll learn or relearn playing piano for your own enjoyment, have a creative hobby and stay healthy as an added bonus!
I teach you how to read sheet music the easy way, step by step, so that you'll be able to play a variety of music and genres.
I'm flexible with scheduling, so there's no pressure if you didn't have time to practice.
I'll teach you the best way to practice so you'll have the best use of your time and you'll be impressed by how fast you can progress.
You'll also get educational handouts, YouTube videos, weekly lesson notes and Progress Reports.
You can also participate in virtual Recitals.
Lessons are available by half hour, 45 minutes or an hour.

You'll have a logical step by step approach to learning how to read music, interspersed with music theory concepts to better understand the music you're learning.
You'll learn in a no pressure environment, learning at your own pace with the flexibility to accommodate lesson times if necessary.
