About Meghana
My name is Meghana Jois, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Alberta. With over five years of tutoring and teaching experience, I specialize in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for high school students, as well as Math for Grades 3 to 7. I also tutor English, History, and Social Studies, and have experience working with students from elementary school through to university level. My teaching background includes: Serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Alberta, where I taught and supported courses like CHEM101, CHEM102, and CHE374. Private tutoring experience with Alberta curriculum courses such as Math 10C, 20-1/20-2, 30-1/30-2; Physics 20/30; Chemistry 20/30; and Science 10. Extensive experience in both in-person and online tutoring, using platforms like Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
