About Sandra
My diverse background in education that enables me to be highly adaptive and flexible with each student's individual strengths and needs. I have worked with all learning stages from toddlers exploring their early language skills to children learning techniques to overcome language disorders to adults learning to communicate in a foreign language they've never spoken before. I have developed tools and curriculum for diverse subject matters and learning environments ranging from highly customized learning exercises to interactive online training manuals.

I am currently focused on helping families overcome pandemic related academic challenges including, but not limited to, the surface level concerns of completing homework and time spent studying. I work one-on-one with the student to help define their individual needs, strengths and challenges. I then work with the family to understand their situation and then create the most effective learning environment possible. This includes areas such as: schedule management, creating an effective learning space, and perhaps most importantly, guiding effective communication with the school.
