About Alex
I have a degree in Associates of Applied Science. I tutor people of all ages and abilities. I have been tutoring EMS students for the past 5 years in anatomy and physiology as well as biology. My experience of the past six years in the Fire service has gained me extensive knowledge and my record speaks for itself. My students have all passed their exams and are certified in the field. I have also tutored children from grades 3-12 in English, Science, Biology, Anatomy and Math. I have worked with kids with physical and mental disabilities as well.

As a tutor I use the EDGE method when I teach. Explain, Demonstrate, Guide and Enable. I have found this to be the fastest and best way to learn. I give life connections to each lesson so students see how it is applicable in life.
