About Gloria
I’m a qualified teacher graduating at the Public University of Salta, Argentina on 2010, and my last studies being a Certificate IV in TESOL. My experience on the field is wide: I worked mostly with students from 11 to 18 years old, however, I taught adults and kids from 5 years old too. I’m able to speak in Spanish and English.

I'm able to teach Spanish for beginners until intermediate. My methodology is Student- Centred approach where myself is a guide and the students have an active role. Regarding to the techniques, I use a wide range of them like lecture-based learning, technology-based learning, group and individual- based learning, kinaesthetic-based learning, game-based learning, expeditionary learning, etc. to mention some. Usually, I do a diagnostic focusing on the skill or skills that the student is interested on, then plan a lesson tailored with the student's needs with a length of an hour or 40 minutes. My lesson plan includes 3 main steps: introduction, development and closure. The constant use of feedback and assessment help me to see the progress of the student.
