About Minami

I was born and grew up in Tokyo. I’ve been teaching Japanese for about 2 years and before that, I worked as an English tutor for about 7 years in Japan.
I am a teacher and a language enthusiast at the same time. I would understand where you have difficulty and be able to help you by providing clear explanations whether it is vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar or any other.
In addition, I specialised in international communication at university, so I love to talk about social and cultural stuff! If you are hoping to learn beyond a textbook, I am the one :)

Perfect! Minami hat den Unterricht sehr gut und strukturiert aufgebaut. Man merkt, dass sie bereits viel Erfahrung als Lehrerin hat. Sie ist sehr nett und es hat viel Spaß gemacht von ihr, und mit ihr, zu lernen.

Perfect! Minami was very friendly and quickly adapted to our needs during the test lesson. She struck conversation in formal and casual speech (based on our preference) which is very nice for listening practice. She took notes in chat for us to keep track of feedback and corrections and study after class. I can very much recommend her teaching.
