About Henry
I have 30 years of teaching experience and I know that learners learn best when they are comfortable with the teacher and trust them to take on new challenges. I have helped hundreds of students improve their grades dramatically. I have also helped many students prepare for and pass standardized tests such as TOEFL, SAT, SSAT, and IELTS. By bringing my passion for teaching to each and every class, I am able to transfer my knowledge to my students in a fun and engaging manner.

Using interesting and engaging materials, I motivate my students to learn quickly and efficiently. My English, History and Geography classes for students in grades 6 through 12 are oriented on maximizing student participation and acquiring of knowledge. I first introduce the topic, providing relevant context, then the key knowledge points and then opportunities for my students to display they have acquired the knowledge and can reproduce it in different scenarios. Classes flow naturally and students remain engaged.
