Studies have shown that learning is easier and more effective, and you retains information longer, when you are interested in the topic. As teacher with a master degree. i have learnt the science behind teaching and learning. I believe active learning and a learner-centred approach stimulates learning and allows learners to take responsibility for their learning. I always adopt interactive and engaging teaching strategies which allow learners to be themselves and feel comfortable.
My approaches include Self-assessment, discussion, positive reinforcement, one-to-one support, and problem-solving. I have gained experience in teaching learners with learning difficulties, and SEND learners. I teach Primary school and secondary school learners and GSCE Levels.
