About Tom
I have been giving maths private lessons for 7 years. Many of my students hve gone up several grades and their confidence has increased greatly. I also worked as a teaching assistant at Henbury school in Bristol and taught English as a second language over the past few summers.

I am very encouraging and am very good at installing confidence in my students. I break questions down into small steps and ellicit the answers to each step from the student so they are answering the questions themsleves, having made it easier for them. I work mainly from past papers.
