About Pankaj
Hello! I’m a passionate and patient maths tutor specialising in 11+ exam preparation, with a focus on the trusted Peter Robson method. I’ve helped children build strong mathematical foundations, improve their confidence, and tackle even the trickiest topics with clarity. I understand that every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to suit each student — whether they need help getting started or want to sharpen their skills for top-level results. I’m based in the UK and offer lessons online or in-person (if local). I’m also happy to communicate with parents about progress, weak areas, and how best to support learning outside of lessons. I speak English and Hindi, so if your child feels more comfortable with explanations in Hindi, I can offer that too.

I specialise in helping students prepare for the 11+ exam, using the trusted and highly effective Peter Robson maths method. My lessons are structured, clear, and focused on building the essential skills children need to succeed in entrance exams for grammar and independent schools. Each session is tailored to your child’s current level and goals. Whether they’re just starting out or need extra support with trickier topics like word problems, fractions, or mental arithmetic, I provide calm, supportive guidance using proven techniques from the Peter Robson syllabus. What to expect: Structured lessons based on the Robson system (Books 1–5) Emphasis on understanding, not just memorising Timed practice and exam-style questions Patient, encouraging teaching to build confidence and accuracy Lessons are available online or in-person (if you're local), and I’m happy to provide progress feedback and optional homework to support long-term improvement.
