About Sanjayan
I am an experienced tutor with over seven years of experience teaching all levels, including A-levels.
I work as an Actuary for a reputable insurer with a first-class honours degree. I took up teaching in my spare time as it is my passion. I am enthusiastic and have the drive to ensure my students reach the best of their ability. I have had multiple students who have gone on to study medicine, actuarial science, Computer science at prestigious universities. I also make sure that my students are best equipped for their university applications.
I also give guidance on GCSE, A-level subjects and university courses.
I teach all exam boards, including Edexcel, AQA, Salters-Nuffield, OCR and WJEC.
I teach the following:
Biology - up to and including A-level
Chemistry - up to and including A-level
Physics - up to and including A-level
Maths - up to and including A-level
I have helped and prepared several students with eleven plus exams who have managed to get into selective high schools.
Currently, I prefer to teach online, where I can use a whiteboard with screen share to ensure my students get the maximum out of the lesson.
Once the pandemic is over, I would be willing to travel to the student's home for lessons. I can also consider face to face tuitions if that's what you would prefer. I will also add a surcharge for travel expenses.

I base my classes first on finding out the method of teaching that is suitable to the student. I then ensure that they understand my methods with a comprehensive set of exam questions. I test them regularly to ensure they are best prepared for any upcoming exams.
