About Josiah
I recently graduated with a 4 year mathematics degree. I have tutored for the past two years, helping college students with subjects including calculus, precalculus, trigonometry, physics, geometry, algebra, and more. I have taught both individual students and large groups, and am able to teach materials on the fly.

Having taught in drop in study rooms, I prefer to ask questions that lead students to better understanding topics. Depending on how this goes, I explain mathematics problems using real world examples, illuminating illustrations, and metaphors. I also am able to find and explain errors in mathematical problem solving.
