About Anna
I have just completed my degree in Mathematics and Biology at Durham University, UK, and I am expected to graduate with a 1st-class honours degree. I have also completed a year abroad at Calgary University, Canada, where I specialised in Mathematics. I have been accepted for a PhD at the University of Cambridge in Mathematics beginning in September 2018.
I have a solid knowledge of all subjects offered, evidence by an A* in Mathematics, A* in Further Mathematics and A in Biology A-Levels (completed at Bishop Vesey's Grammar School).
I have vast tutoring experience both in-person and online. I have tutored 6 different students online and have received excellent feedback from all of them. I am extremely passionate about the subjects I tutor and I can always adapt my tutoring style to best suit the student. As a female mathematician I also believe that I can help to encourage students from under-represented groups in the science field.
