About Femi Macpray Thaddaeus

Experienced teacher with demonstrable expertise in improving exam results. Uses strategic classroom and behaviour management techniques to enhance student engagement and academic performance. Collaborates with staff to maximise department attainment.My time there has equipped me with a multitude of skills; • Helping students solve academic-related challenges and clearly explaining anything they need to know. • Developing superb judgement, diplomacy and tact when dealing with all students. • Being able to quickly identify all opportunities for self and students’ development. However, what my CV cannot illustrate is my self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to be a positive team player who strictly adheres to all Standard operating Procedures and school guidelines. Right now, I am interested in expanding my professional horizons and in seeking new challenges in the world of Teaching Service. I would greatly welcome the chance for an interview, where we will have an opportunity to discuss not only your school’s top priorities but also the performance you can expect from me.

About the lesson

'A genius without education is just like unrefined gold, silver and diamond in the mine'. My teaching techniques are student-centred / constructivist methods and cooperative learning methods. My target is students in: KS3 (year 7,8,9) KS4 (year 10,11,12), Target student's age range: 11 TO 18 YEARS. • Provided extra resources, support and interventions to help struggling students catch up. • Encouraged and supported students in conducting research for solo science projects. • Differentiated lessons when necessary to give all students access to curriculum regardless of disability, English proficiency or instructional level.

He is very comprehensive and explains with practical illustrations and educative videos. If someone is having a hard time understanding he makes sure he/she understands the misunderstanding before the class ends and most of the recommended topics he teaches always finds familiarities in external examination. And no passes through him without knowing half of the British physics curriculum.
