About Zacharya
Learning didn’t always come easy to me—but that’s exactly why I’m the tutor I am today. I’m Zacharya Isa, a math and physics tutor and a senior at Queens College studying Early Childhood Education. I’ve faced challenges like a stutter, a lisp, and early struggles in school—but those experiences shaped me into a patient, understanding teacher who never gives up on his students. I explain every step clearly, just like I’d want for myself—no rushing, no skipping, and always making sure it clicks. I don’t care about your letter grade—I care about you growing, learning new things, building skills, and walking away more confident than when we started. Whether it’s solving equations or breaking down physics concepts, I’m here to help you succeed in your own way.

As an early childhood education major (PK–6th), I tutor with patience, energy, and clear step-by-step methods—especially in math. I proudly speak with a lisp, showing students that learning differently still leads to greatness. My lessons are calm, structured, and focused on true understanding, not memorizing. I don’t care about the grade—I care that students learn, grow, and have fun while doing it. I work with all elementary learners, helping them build confidence and enjoy the process.
