About Tamara
I have a degree in Education and Spanish (K-12) from the University of Northern Iowa, and have been a High School Spanish Teacher for 10 years. Besides teaching, I have interpreting (Spanish) experience. I'm currently teaching 5th Grade and am available for upper elementary and high school tutoring.

I use TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling)-Dr. James Asher- methods and Comprehensible Input-Stephen Krashen- methods to help students acquire language through authentic input and meaningful interaction. These are evidence based practices and methodology best suited for language acquisition.
