I am a learner-centred teacher who prioritises building strong relationships with students to help them reach their full potential. By creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment, I help students to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
As a qualified primary school teacher with 18 years of experience, I have extensive expertise in teaching across the primary curriculum, supporting pupils in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I specialise in delivering high-quality, systematic phonics lessons and developing early reading skills, helping children build strong foundations for future learning.
In addition to primary education, I am an experienced music teacher and offer tuition in piano, woodwind, and brass instruments. Whether supporting academic progress or musical development, I am committed to helping every student achieve success and enjoy their learning journey.
