About Robert
I am a patient and supportive tutor. We start from where you are, agree on clear goals and work towards them at the most optimum pace. I am never in a hurry to make the buck and move on to the next lesson. In my lessons, you are guaranteed progress.
Ensuring substantive learning has taken place is my top priority. I measure my success by the positive outcomes my students are able to achieve either in standard exams or in project work.

I am a facilitator of learning. In a typical 1 hour lesson, I use the first 10-15 minutes to interactively demonstrate/discuss a concept after which I facilitate active supervised learning - emphasis is placed on learning by doing.
I am a graduate teacher with vast experience working with international school learners aged between 12 - 20. I have worked with students drawn from a diverse range of nationalities, academic abilities and cultural backgrounds.
My specialization is Mathematics, Computer Science and ICT. However, on a number of occasions, I have taught English to foreign students.
