Guitar Lessons with Amit – With over a decade of experience in music education since 2012, Amit is a skilled guitar instructor offering classes in Thane. Specializing in all levels from beginner to advanced, Amit is certified by the prestigious Trinity College of London and has received recognition for his excellence in teaching. His lessons cover electric, acoustic, and classical guitar, as well as ukulele & Music Theory, focusing on both performance skills and student development.

About the lesson

Ready to dive into the world of music? My guitar classes are designed to inspire and challenge students of all ages, from 6 years old to adults! Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to enhance your skills, these classes offer something for everyone.

Class Structure:

Duration: 1 hour per week, with a focus on building skills progressively.

Flexible Learning: No age bar! Whether you're a child, teenager, or adult, it's never too late to start your musical journey.

What You'll Learn:

Comprehensive Guitar Techniques:
-Finger exercises to build dexterity
-Scales for a solid musical foundation
-Chords and strumming patterns for rhythm mastery
-Fingerstyle techniques to add nuance and depth to your play

Music Theory:
-In-depth lessons on music theory, sight reading (staff notation and tabs), and understanding the structure of songs.

Songs Across Genres:
-Explore a wide range of genres, from rock, pop, and jazz to Bollywood, blues, flamenco, and soul, gazals, regional music. You’ll learn both classic hits and contemporary favorites.

Improvisation:
-Unlock your creative side with improvisation techniques that will help you play freely and confidently, whether you're jamming solo or with a band.

Band Collaboration Projects:
Gain real-world experience by collaborating with fellow musicians. Work on group projects, develop your ensemble skills, and learn the dynamics of playing in a band setting.

Trinity College London Exams:
If you're up for a challenge, you can even prepare for the prestigious Trinity College London Guitar Exams, ranging from Initial Level to Grade 8, in both Rock & Pop (Electric Guitar) and Acoustic Guitar syllabi.

Additional Tools:
Get hands-on with MuseScore/ Pro Tools software, a fantastic tool to help you create, read, and compose your own music!

This first lesson offered with Amit will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

for 1 on 1 offline classes at students home fee is Rs.1200/- per class

for 1 on 1 online classes the fee is Rs.800/- per class

and for offline classes in Thane (Mumbai) at Teachers institute the fee is Rs. 500/- per class (3-4 students per batch)
