About Elena

Hi, I'm Elena — a German tutor with a background in psychology. With over three years of experience teaching German to children and adults from all over the world, I focus on helping you feel confident in your language journey. I specialize in private lessons tailored to your personal pace and goals. My teaching style blends structure with softness: I’ll guide you through grammar and vocabulary with clarity, while also encouraging real conversation. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I offer a calm and encouraging learning space where it’s safe to try, explore, and grow.

About the lesson

In my private German lessons, you’ll learn more than just grammar rules. You’ll build confidence and real-life communication skills. Whether you're starting from scratch or brushing up your skills, I tailor every session to your goals, pace, and learning style.

With a background in psychology and over three years of teaching experience, I bring structure and empathy into each lesson. I work with both beginners and intermediate learners and specialise in creating a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow.

You can expect engaging conversation, bite-sized grammar that actually sticks, and creative exercises based on your interests that make learning feel fun and practical. I offer lessons online — perfect for international learners who want to make steady, meaningful progress.

My approach is warm, clear, and encouraging. Whether you're preparing for a move, a language exam, or simply want to understand more than “ein Bier, bitte” — I’ll meet you where you are and support you every step of the way.
