About Ella
I'm originally from New Zealand and now work as a professional in genomics, using biology and genetics every day in my career. I've always enjoyed explaining scientific concepts clearly, and tutoring lets me combine that with helping students build real confidence in a subject that can feel overwhelming. Outside of teaching, I'm genuinely curious about science and enjoy helping people see why it's interesting, not just something to get through for an exam. I bring patience, clear communication, and first-hand experience of where biology leads if you stick with it.
