About Maryam

I am a friendly and experienced GCSE tutor, currently in my final year of BSc Biological Sciences at the University of Leicester, and have up to 3 years of experience helping students excel in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics. My personalised approach ensures that every student receives lessons tailored according to their strength, learning styles and goals.

About the lesson

I am a GCSE tutor that offers a personalised and adaptable teaching approach tailored to your individual needs and requests. During the first lesson, we will address your concerns and conduct a short assessment to identify your strengths, weaknesses, learning style, and objectives. From there, I will create lessons designed specifically for you, focusing on developing effective study skills, boosting your understanding of the subject, and preparing you thoroughly for your summer exams. I strive to create a positive and supportive environment where you will feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to achieve your best. My ultimate goal is to help you build academic confidence, master the material, and improve your grades. Together, we’ll ensure you feel supported and ready to achieve your best! I am flexible with timings for lessons.
