About Ryan
I am a passionate Mathematics teacher with over 12 years of experience in the classroom and delivering one - to - one tuition. I work full time within a Secondary school as a member of the Senior Management Team but also enjoy the privilege of supporting a small number of students in my spare time via both online or face-to-face tuition.
I hold a 2:1 degree from Loughborough University in Mathematics and a Masters in Education from The University of Queensland.

My teaching approach is to initially identify the gaps in knowledge and make a plan to address these. When it comes to some of the harder concepts, I break these down to the appropriate level that the student can understand.
On many occasions, I have met students who dislike Mathematics. However, once they have the extra support and tuition, they start to feel success and gain rapid confidence. This in turn often makes the subject much more enjoyable for the student.
