About Mihoub

Hi! I’m Mihoub — a passionate French tutor with years of experience helping adults improve their language skills, especially for government exams and professional communication. I’m also a filmmaker, which means I bring creativity, patience, and a strong sense of storytelling to everything I do — including teaching. I’ve worked with public servants, legal professionals, newcomers, and creatives from all backgrounds. About the lesson

Hey! I'm Mihoub — a French tutor with a passion for languages and storytelling.

When I’m not teaching, I’m working as a filmmaker and visual artist, so I love bringing creativity and real-life references into my lessons. I believe learning a language should be dynamic, personal, and connected to culture.

I teach French with a practical and conversational approach. Whether you're preparing for a government language exam or just want to feel more confident speaking French at work or in life, I’ll guide you step-by-step. I use real-world materials — think news clips, scenes from films, podcasts — and I always tailor the sessions to your level and your goals.

Here’s what a typical lesson with me looks like:

We start with a short conversation or warm-up to get in the flow

Then we dig into a grammar or vocabulary point (without making it boring!)

We put that into practice with speaking exercises, role-plays, or creative activities

And we finish with personalized feedback and tips to keep improving

My students are often adults, newcomers, or public servants aiming for levels A, B, or C on federal exams. If you're working in law, justice, or admin, I can also help with vocabulary that fits your world. And if you're a creative person like me, we’ll definitely have fun connecting language to art, film, and culture.
