About Ana
In my previous role as a Homeroom Teacher at Kids R Kids in Shanghai, I developed and implemented engaging lesson plans tailored to foster language, social, and motor skills in preschool-aged children. Collaborating with my co-teacher, I successfully managed a diverse classroom of 18 students, ensuring that each child received the attention and support they needed to thrive. My experience communicating with parents through various channels allowed me to build strong partnerships that focused on the individual needs of each child. During my tenure at Child Care in Beijing, I worked with a wide age range, from preschoolers to teenagers. This experience equipped me with the skills to create innovative lesson plans and establish effective classroom management strategies.
