About Lisa
I am a certified educator with a Master's Degree concentrated in the education system, and over 12 years experience teaching middle school and high school. I've worked in public schools, private schools, tutor privately, and work virtually with my students daily. I'm very comfortable using online platforms to instruct my students. I am also Google Classroom certified, which assures my ability to use the entire Google suite of applications while instructing virtually.

With 12 years of experience, I tailor my lessons to student needs. We'll start by discussing student goals, and assessing student proficiency to create a learning plan, which includes short and/or long-term goals. Whether you're looking for a quick refresh, or ongoing support, I can assist with both. I'm available for extra help, homework help, and honors and AP level support. I've also worked with countless high school seniors preparing the college application essay, and assisting them with Common App site navigation and application completion.
