As an experienced tutor, I strive to create a personalized environment that fosters proactive learning and in-depth understanding. I combine clear explanations with interactive practice, whether it be looking through exemplars together, analyzing literary texts, I always try to include questions and opportunities for students to test their understanding. I also use a variety of resources (visual aids, practice exercises, discussion-based learning, and my own) to further in-depth understanding. A Typical Lesson Plan: 1. Homework Check/Review: Brief recap of previous homework and concepts New Concept Introduction: Clear explanation with worksheets, literary texts, and exemplars, breaking material into manageable parts. Guided Practice: Work through PERSONALIZED problems or exercises together, with feedback and support. Reflection/Wrap-up: Summarize key takeaways, address lingering questions, and set homework up for next time. What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor: I prioritize understanding—each student learns differently, and I adjust my teaching style accordingly.
