About Ella

I am an experienced EFL tutor from the UK with over 5 years of experience teaching students from around the world. I hold a TEFL qualification with distinction (85%), which has enabled me to work with learners from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Italy, and China. During my career, I have provided English-language support to prestigious institutions, including the Bank of Spain, the Ministry of Transport for Lithuania, the French Institute in Vilnius, and the Ministry of Social Security and Labour in Lithuania. I have also worked with professionals in law, medicine, technology, and business, helping them achieve proficiency in English for their careers — including presentations, understanding legal/business documents, public speaking, and professional writing. I love helping students gain confidence and proficiency in English, whether for academic, professional, or personal goals. Teaching allows me to empower learners to communicate effectively, think critically, and succeed in real-world situations. I enjoy creating tailored lessons that make learning engaging, practical, and rewarding, and I take pride in helping each student achieve measurable progress.

About the lesson

My lessons are fully personalised to each student’s needs, learning style, and professional goals. In the first lesson, I assess your level and objectives, then create a tailored learning plan. We review progress monthly and adapt lessons to ensure continual improvement. I focus on making lessons practical, engaging, and empowering, helping students gain confidence in all aspects of English — from formal and professional communication to fluency in everyday conversation. Whether your goal is to succeed in the workplace, prepare for international exams, or enhance your professional English, I am committed to helping you make measurable progress. Lessons are typically 50 minutes to 1 hour and designed to be interactive, effective, and directly applicable to real-life situations. I work with learners of all ages, from young students to adults seeking professional or business English skills.
