About Rachel
I started teaching ESOL/EFL 16 years ago and qualified while working. I have experience with all City and Guilds and Cambridge examinations. I have both teaching and marking experience, giving me a better understanding of what is required to pass each of the exams. I have worked at colleges and adult learning facilities in Dorset as well as running language schools.
I am now working from home and able to offer face to face and online lessons using Zoom.
I have two spaces available from January 2021 due to students completing their studies.

I am a very interactive teacher, providing total submersion lessons for all levels. I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience and that I should work with each learner to achieve this.
I am used to teaching in both large classes and on a one to one basis. I teach for examinations, but also for general living skills.
I set homework once per week and you may be required to purchase resources.
