About Kiana

With 6 years of experience in teaching and professional work, I am passionate about helping students succeed in Economics. I teach a wide range of students, from school learners to college students, tailoring my lessons to fit their individual needs and learning styles. My goal is to make Economics clear, interesting, and relevant to everyday life. I believe that understanding Economics is not just about memorising facts but about developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect theory to the world around us, helping students see the value and impact of economics in their daily decisions. Over the years, I have guided many students to improve their grades and gain confidence in the subject. One of my proudest achievements was helping a group of students prepare for their college entrance exams, all of whom achieved excellent results. I have also worked with students struggling to grasp complex economic concepts, turning their difficulties into strengths through patient and creative teaching methods. My teaching philosophy centres on patience, integrity, and adaptability. I encourage open communication and create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and express their thoughts. I am dedicated to motivating students and helping them build a strong foundation for their academic and career goals. Education is a lifelong journey, and I am honoured to be part of my students' growth. About the lesson

My teaching methodology in Economics is built on motivation, real-life examples, and case studies to make concepts meaningful and easy to understand. I believe learning is most effective when students see how economic ideas apply to the world around them. I encourage active participation and critical thinking by discussing current events, analysing market trends, and exploring real business cases. This approach helps students connect theory to practice and retain knowledge better. Integrity and accountability are core to my teaching style. I create a respectful, honest learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and express ideas. I hold myself and my students accountable for consistent progress and understanding. Flexibility and creativity play an important role too; I adapt my lessons to suit different learning styles and levels, using visuals, discussions, and practical activities to keep sessions engaging. Besides Economics, I am also able to teach related subjects such as finance, business studies, and basic statistics, which complement economic learning and build a well-rounded skill set. Overall, my goal is to empower students with knowledge and skills they can use confidently in academics, career, and everyday life. I focus on clarity, relevance, and encouragement, ensuring every student feels motivated and supported throughout their learning journey.
