About Katie
I am currently working as a Bioinformatician and data scientist in genomics. Working for Queen Mary's University of London.
Previously worked as a data scientist for the University of Sheffield at their Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. Specialising in industry 4.0, and levelling up through data innovation.
I believe in the power of data and would love to help train the next generation of data scientists. Information is power!
I am approachable and friendly and believe I have a dynamic and effective teaching ethic to help students excel.
