About Maaz
I am a passionate and dedicated tutor who enjoys helping students understand challenging concepts and become more confident in their abilities. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance, a supportive learning environment and a teaching approach that matches the way they learn best.
I specialise in **Computer Science, Mathematics and English**, and I enjoy working with students from different academic backgrounds and levels, including GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level.
As a tutor, I am patient, approachable and focused on making lessons interactive rather than simply delivering information. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically and work through problems themselves, while providing guidance whenever they need it.
I understand that every student has different strengths, weaknesses and learning goals. That's why I take the time to understand each student's needs and adapt my teaching accordingly.

My lessons are designed to make learning clear, engaging and effective. I focus on genuine understanding rather than memorisation, helping students build strong foundations, improve their confidence and achieve their academic goals.
I teach **Computer Science, Mathematics and English** to students at different levels, including **GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level**.
**Computer Science:** Programming, Python, algorithms, problem-solving, computer systems, databases, networking, computational thinking and exam preparation.
**Mathematics:** Core concepts, mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, step-by-step methods, topic revision, exam-style questions and preparation for GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level examinations.
**English:** Grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, communication, essay writing and examination techniques.
Every lesson is personalised according to the student's current ability, learning style and objectives. I first identify areas that need improvement and then structure lessons around those specific needs.
My lessons combine clear explanations, practical examples, guided practice, questions and regular revision. For exam students, I also use past papers and exam-style questions to develop accuracy, time management and confidence.
Whether you need help understanding a difficult topic, catching up with your syllabus, preparing for an examination, improving your grades or developing stronger academic foundations, I will tailor each lesson to help you make measurable progress.
