About Ciara
I am a very passionate teacher who wants their students to achieve their potential and enjoy the world of Classics! I believe that very important life lessons come from the Classical world and it is a valuable subject to know. I want to ensure that any child who wants to dive into their world of Classics is able to achieve that, no matter their background.

In Latin, I use the CLC books to help stretch and challenge students who need help in processing the Latin. This is to help them recognise the patterns within the langauge so in future they are able to make the connections for themselves. I will be focusing on vocabulary each lesson specifically for Latin also as this is typically a big barrier for students.
In Classics, my specialty is the Homeric world, Greek drama, Gender in ancient antiquity, Greek and Roman sculpture and Augustan Rome.
