About Kira
I am a dedicated Chemistry tutor with over 6 years of experience helping students master analytical chemistry. I hold a MSc in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry and have strong laboratory training in chemical analysis. My teaching focuses on the practical tools scientists use to measure and study chemical substances.
I guide students through chromatography techniques, spectroscopy methods, and titration experiments. These techniques are essential in identifying unknown compounds and determining chemical concentrations. They form the backbone of analytical laboratories.

My teaching approach in Chemistry focuses on making organic chemistry systematic and easy to understand. Complex molecular structures become simpler when we examine them step by step. I aim to create a clear learning path for every student.
Lessons include topics such as organic nomenclature, functional groups, reaction mechanisms, and different forms of isomerism. These concepts help students understand how carbon-based molecules behave. They are key building blocks of organic chemistry.
I guide students through reaction pathways and structural analysis. This helps them understand how chemical reactions take place at the molecular level. Visualising these processes makes learning easier.
Regular feedback is an important part of my teaching style. Students learn from practice and continuous improvement.
Students interested in environmental chemistry and ocean science often find organic chemistry very relevant. Carbon compounds play a major role in natural systems.
