About GEORGE
I have been teaching for 30 years, mainly in private colleges. Many of my students were international students, aiming to study Medicine or Pharmacy at University level. I am used to teaching students in 6 months, one or two years. I always engage with my students, as I feel, this is the only way to keep students interested. I give students questions on the topic completed, and monitor their progress with regular tests. Students are constantly reminded of the difference in "State", "Give", "Explain", etc, and these are incorporated in their homework questions, and academic tests. I always try to teach students to use logic in their arguments. Students are encouraged to keep their answers simple and clear. I believe in being a friend to my students, and I am always firm and fair. Firm when it comes to deadlines, and fair when it comes to the "phrasing" of an answer. Proud to announce that Stephanie, a girl I was helping with her Chemistry A level has scored A*, and will be starting her studies in Dentistry. Congratulations, Stephanie!
