About Amy
I am a dedicated and approachable Chemistry teacher who genuinely enjoys working with young people. With several years of teaching experience and current Master’s studies at UTS, I understand both academic expectations and the challenges students face.
I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I aim to create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Teaching is more than a job for me—it is something I am committed to improving at every step.

I am an experienced Chemistry teacher with prior teaching experience in Iran and currently a Master’s student in Analytical Chemical Technology at the University of Technology Sydney.
My lessons are designed for high school students (Year 11 and 12), with a strong focus on the NSW HSC Chemistry syllabus. I identify learning gaps, explain concepts clearly, and adapt my teaching approach to each student’s needs.
Beyond improving grades, I focus on building confidence, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills so students feel capable and supported in their learning.
