About Yash

I am a Chemistry educator and researcher with a strong background in scientific research, computational modeling, and engineering. With an M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur and a B.E. from Ujjain Engineering College, my academic and professional journey has allowed me to bridge advanced scientific research with education.

Before transitioning into education, I worked as a Project Scientist at IIT Kharagpur, where I contributed to research involving composite materials, hydrogen storage technologies, thermal protection systems, and computational modeling. My research experience spans both experimental and simulation-based approaches, enabling me to connect fundamental scientific concepts with complex, real-world engineering challenges.

I have experience working with computational and engineering tools including Abaqus, ANSYS, SolidWorks, COMSOL, MATLAB, and Python. I use my technical and research background to explore how technology, modeling, and experimentation can make science more engaging and meaningful.

As an educator, I believe science is best learned through inquiry, experimentation, critical thinking, and real-world application. My approach encourages students to go beyond understanding concepts—to question ideas, investigate problems, design solutions, and develop the confidence to think like scientists and innovators.

About the lesson

I believe Chemistry is best learned by understanding concepts, not memorizing facts. My lessons are interactive, personalized, and designed to build confidence through clear explanations, real-world examples, and step-by-step problem-solving.

Each class begins with a quick review, followed by concept-based learning, guided practice with exam-style questions, and personalized feedback. I adapt every lesson to the student's learning style and academic goals.

As a former Project Scientist at IIT Kharagpur, I bring research experience into the classroom, helping students connect textbook concepts with real scientific applications.

My classes are ideal for students studying IB (MYP & DP), IGCSE, AP, A-Level, CBSE, and undergraduate Chemistry, whether they want to improve grades, prepare for exams, or develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
