About Alex

Since the age of about 15 I have been massively in love with the subject of Chemistry. I was always so fascinated about how the earth was made and how chemical interactions made the everyday things we take for granted become possible. My love and passion for the subject is what caused me to succeed in it. After finishing my A-levels I went on to complete a master's degree in Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry, achieving First-Class Honours. Since then I have gone on to work as an Organic Chemistry Analyst, a Manufacturing Scientist and now finally a Water Chemistry Specialist. I am massively thrilled to be able to pass on the things that I have learned in the subject that I am so passionate about and look forward to helping you or your child achieve your goals. I will always try to make lessons fun and catered to the content of your choice. Typically, I like to spend the first section of the lesson talking through the content before consolidating the knowledge working through some exam style questions.
