About Sean

At the age of 17, I pursued a career as a Chef and worked endless stress-filled hours in luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants across London and Spain; working in the trade for a little over 15 years. Around my mid 20’s I became more health conscious and came across a copy of ‘The Medicinal Chef’ by Dale Pinnock. From that moment on, my interest for nutrition grew, gradually evolving into the health-conscious cooking style I use today.

About the lesson

I coach classes that:
Teach cooking skills, confidence and kitchen methodology.
Showcase tasty, simple, quick and efficient therapeutic recipes.
Guides people through a step by step cook along format.
Educate people on recipe development for general or condition specific health.
Are personalized around individual requirements.
Are engaging, inspiring, fun and I always intend to adapt them, through the classes in order to suit the group or individual.

I offer a free 15-20 minute voice or video chat to discuss your situation and how we could potentially work together.

Efter en kurs med Sean (som jag fick vara med och lägga upp planering och ha många önskemål kring) så har jag lärt mig otroligt mycket. Tidigare kunde jag knappt göra havregrynsgröt i mikron utan att bränna den, men nu kan jag så mycket mer och kan till och med få ihop en fantastisk 3 rätters!
Det jag dessutom tyckte om mycket var att ALLT anpassade efter mina önskemål, samtidigt som Sean kom men förslag och inspiration. Jag äter vegetarisk och detta var inga problem alls.

£12 per hour per screen for group sessions (Minimum 3 screens)
step by step run through. Live workshop, no interaction.

£36 per hour for 1 screen only.
step by step run through + discussion/interactive consultation.

£21 per hour for 1 screen only guided lesson.
(Designing a meal from your current in house ingredients and then guided you through the preparation and cooking steps. (no cook along service)
