I am currently a business owner working in the charity, coffee, online sales and events industry. I have over 10 years' experience as a business/economics teacher plus 5 years as head of business as well as pastoral experience as head of house.

Real world, current examples are key. Business and economics must be relevant and therefore easier to understand the complexity. Business and economics is subjective and opinions and views need to be explored. A balanced argument is key to any debate and I believe this method makes learning fun and engaging.
