About Noel
I am a research scientist and tutor with experience in biology, biostatistics, molecular biology, biochemistry, botany, zoology, laboratory science, and public health research. I have taught college students, developed learning materials, supervised laboratory practicals, provided one-on-one academic support, and assessed coursework and examinations.
I hold a Master of Science in Molecular Medicine, a Postgraduate Diploma in One Health and Emergency Research Ethics, and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Biology. My background includes laboratory and field research, molecular assays, DNA extraction, PCR, genotyping, scientific writing, and research project coordination.
I enjoy helping students understand difficult scientific concepts in a simple and practical way. My lessons are suitable for college students, university students, diploma students, and learners preparing for exams, assignments, practicals, or research projects.

My teaching approach is student-centred and practical. I first assess the student’s level of understanding, then explain concepts using simple language, examples, diagrams, past questions, and practice exercises.
For science subjects, I connect theory to real laboratory and field examples so that students understand both the concept and its application. For biostatistics and research methods, I break down topics step by step and use simple examples to build confidence.
Lessons may include topic revision, exam preparation, assignment guidance, practical/laboratory support, research proposal support, and scientific writing guidance.
