About Maddy
Learning Spanish has been one of the greatest joys of my life. It has opened up many doors and exposed me to incredible experiences, places and people. I want to share this you! Whether you need support in one of your courses, speaking practice or simply want to learn the basics, I am here to support. I have 5+ years experience teaching in a dual-immersion classroom and was brought up in this setting myself. Paired with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a year of studying abroad in Madrid, I bring a level of legitimate experience, professionalism and fun to learning Spanish. I hope you'll join me!

As a tutor, I bring my personal K-12 experience of attending a Spanish dual-immersion school into each lesson. Creating meaningful connections to both Spanish language and culture help students not only understand the content but show the value of knowing Spanish and how it ultimately helps to broaden their experiences and perceptions of the world. Together, we can create an individualized plan to get you to where you want to be in your language journey.
