About Elizabeth
I lived in France for 15 years and was able to achieve a very high level of language competence, which enabled me to train as a language teacher.
I have over 15 years of experience as a bilingual French and English teacher. I have taught all levels of French and English from small children taking their first steps with a foreign language, to university students honing their French or English proficiency.
I have worked for the British chamber of commerce in Paris and the University of Southampton amongst others. In my teaching roles I have been able to offer tutoring in all aspects of language learning, especially areas that students frequently find difficult, such as verb conjugation and pronunciation.
Currently I am a PhD researcher at the University of Exeter specialising in French linguistics.
I am available to give online and telephone lessons and will also travel to local areas, please feel free to look at my current availability.
