About Janine

I am a plant-based cook and have been following a plant-based diet since 2010. I have successfully completed a diploma in plant-based nutrition and aim to help individuals transition into this lifestyle and overcome obstacles both in person and online. My teaching method is all about making things simple, easy and fun! I always seek to understand the challenges that my clients are facing and aim to create meal plans and recipes to help them meet their goals and encourage exploration.

Janine tutored me with cooking lessons as i really wanted to learn how to cook vegan meals and come off meat.. i must say i learnt so much and her recipes where Delicious!!...i have now been vegan for over 3 years and have the skills to cook a variety of meals that myself, my husband and 3 children can all enjoy. I’ve known Janine for a looong time! She is one GOOD plant based cook. If I want ideas on something to cook I’m asking Janine. When I eat her food it’s always nice and I’m still waiting for her to cook me a lasagne!!! :)- Janine lasagne is a lovely vegan one I’ve ever tried!
