About Fiona
I have been tutoring math and English online to elementary students and taught in the classroom for years. I am punctual and always well prepared for my lessons and offer a variety of ways to transfer knowledge.
My hobbies are gardening, hiking and listening to music and I take care of a Jack Russel dog and occasionally my daughter's German Shepherd dog. I love most animals and would love to own a farm one day where I can keep horses, dogs and cats.

Teaching to the different learning styles is important and I like to include online games and quizzes that students can do without pressure to perform. Your lessons will be tailored to your needs and abilities. I am looking to help children and adults learn to speak, read, write and listen to the English language with real to life tasks and activities so that your skills serve you in the community.
Lessons start with a fun warmup activity and the flow of work will be modulated with a passive and active repeating cycle until we are done. Your lesson will conclude with a summary of the lesson and some feedback from you about how the lesson felt for you.
