About Eric
I’m a military veteran and IT professional currently working as a private contractor, specializing in teaching CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and ITIL Foundations. I hold active certifications in all of these areas and have passed each CompTIA exam twice, giving me a deep understanding of the content and what it takes to succeed. I bring over two years of experience mentoring and teaching students, along with four years of hands-on IT support experience. I'm also in my third year of earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Governors University. My lessons are structured, engaging, and focused on helping you not only understand the material but confidently pass your certification exams.
